Kayla’s Keepsakes

At Kayla’s Keepsakes, we take pride in creating beautiful gifts and keepsakes. We want every customer to be happy with their purchase.

Personalised Products

As our personalised products are made specifically to your requirements, they cannot normally be cancelled or returned simply because you have changed your mind.

Please carefully check all names, spelling, dates and personalisation details before placing your order.

This does not affect your statutory rights if your item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described.

Non-Personalised Products

For standard non-personalised products purchased online, you normally have 14 days from receiving your order to notify us that you wish to cancel.

Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the item.

Items should be returned with reasonable care taken of them. We may make a lawful deduction if an item has been handled beyond what is necessary to inspect it.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and details of the issue.

Photographs are helpful but are not required to exercise your statutory rights.

We will arrange an appropriate refund, repair or replacement in accordance with UK consumer law.

Refunds

For eligible change-of-mind cancellations, refunds will be made within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or receiving evidence that they have been sent back, whichever is earlier.

Refunds will be made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Where required by law, the original standard delivery charge will also be refunded.

Return Postage

Customers are responsible for return postage on change-of-mind returns where this was communicated before purchase.

For faulty or incorrectly supplied items, Kayla’s Keepsakes will cover reasonable return postage costs as required by law.

If you have any questions about your order or wish to request a return, please contact us using the contact details on our website.
